International/Domestic Shipping
Shipping in US and Canada by USPS Priority Mail. To all other countries by Air Mail. International shipment rates vary. Please email us for all Canadian and International order requests. Allow 3-7 business days for processing and delivery. 1-2 weeks for International orders.

Returns/Exchanges
Unopened and unwashed items may be eligible for replacement within 14 days of original ship date. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. For return/exchange instructions, send e-mail to info@pettproject.com. Returns will be subject to a 15% processing fee.
